We offer the following delivery options:

Post Denmark up to 30 kg.

  • 6 - 10 kg without distribution 60, -
  • 11 - 15 kg without distribution 70, -
  • 16 - 20 kg without distribution 80, -
  • 1 - 5 kg with distribution 68.75
  • 6 - 10 kg with distribution 78.75
  • 11 - 15 kg with distribution 87.50
  • 16 - 20 kg with distribution 97.50

Delivery time is agreed between customer and company.

Company vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

 

Cancellation

You as a consumer have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your item, or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually.

If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession.

In the case of a regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item in physical possession.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given mail@hpreptiles.dk or 92430177.

In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Lack of original packaging may be a loss of value, so in order to be able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

Due to their nature, some goods cannot be returned by normal mail.

This applies to: Live animals and frozen goods as possible. is thawed along the way.

Return costs are expected to amount to a maximum of approx. kr .: 200, -

Goods except the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Delivery of goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or given a distinct personal touch,

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

You lose your right of withdrawal if;

  • You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

Refund of purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different form of delivery, other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days of the date we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

warranty

The shortage rules of the Purchasing Act may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be shipped back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
